I had a leak from my dryer ducting so I called Robert to help troubleshoot. He understood the urgency and came within the same day. Robert quickly went on my roof and found out that the exterior dryer vent was improperly installed and was completely blocked, which was what was causing my issue. He removed the block and fixed the issue so that it does not happen again. While he was here he also investigated my neighbor's ducting and discovered they had an issue as well which he helped correct. Robert was professional and courteous. He was on time and went above and beyond. I already set a reminder in my calendar to call him again for our next duct cleaning. Thanks again for all your help! I highly recommend his services.
