I purchased a deal for cleaning 3 rooms in my home - I tried several times to set up an appointment for them to come and complete the service without success. As I did not receive the service that I paid for I asked for a refund and have never received my money or a reply from the company.

I called to enquire about my fridge that was leaking - Dragan was very professional on the phone and able to come out the next day. He arrived on time and spent several hours to try and repair my fridge. He was extremely patience to ensure that the leak was indeed fixed. Unfortunately it was not and he had to order another part. He suggested that we leave the fridge out from the wall and put a container to hold the water to ensure not further damage to my floor. He arranged to have the required part within a day or two and plans on returning to complete the job. Dragan was a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to his return to complete the job. I would highly recommend him.

My experience with WaterWorks has been excellent. I found everyone that represents the company to be very professional and concerned about providing me with the best possible service that they can. I would receive a call every day to inform me when the workers would arrive and shortly after they left my home to ensure that I was happy with the progress of the project. The team that did my waterproofing were very helpful in explaining to me and showing me the condition of my home and how the improvement will protect my foundation. The plumber who replaced the drain was very professional and helpful ensuring I completely understood the options available to me. I am 100% happy with the work completed and would highly recommend them to anyone who requires the services that they provide. I am a satisfied customer.
