We're having a problem with rats in our basement ceiling. Ruhul quickly discovered how they were entering the house, set up traps & deployed poison. We had someone inspect the house eight months ago, but they didn't identify the problem. I was very impressed with Ruhul.

We had a problem with rats in our house. Peter was diligent in trying to identify the problem. He made sure to block any exterior openings and then set up traps in a basement ceiling. He provided follow up service, as well as email check-ins.

Our furnace wasn't working properly. Keith came over to the house and spent the time to diagnose the problem and fix it. He was courteous, diligent and took the time to make sure what was happening and what had to be done to repair. I would highly recommend him.
