I hired Posh to clean my house in advance of my moving in. They did a thorough job within the time frame, but after they left I discovered some damage to the fridge door seal (likely due to vigorous cleaning). I emailed them regarding this issue, and they wrote back promptly, offering to replace the part. Due to no fault of their own, the part took three months to arrive, but during this time they checked in frequently with updates on the part’s arrival. Today, it came in, and they dispatched their handyman immediately to install it. I am impressed by their prompt attention to my issue and their concern. Great cleaning followed by outstanding customer service. If you’re feeling, like I was, a little worn out by contractors who promise the world but deliver little, hire Posh.
