I had my furnace cleaned a month ago and today it wouldn't start, so Paul Boyer from Francis Home Environment Service Experts came in an hour and solved my issue - at no charge, even though the problem was created by the snow storm. He ensured that the furnace was working and was here for quite a while and showed me what to do if it occured again. He also recommended a change to the outside pipes on the exterior of the house which will avoid this problem happening in the future. The appointment to make the change to the exterior piping was booked promptly and we are very happy with the excellent and prompt service we received from Paul Boyer and from Kelly Francis Home Envornment. We would highly recommend them
