I called these guys because my furnace wasn't working. They came to look at it and said I needed a part. The part was not covered under warranty, so they got ahold of the part supplier and gave me a good deal. All in all, he charged me for the service, part, and diagnostic. They also walked me through the importance of yearly checks and I will continue to have Ottawa heating and cooling follow up every year!
