Ilya came to my house early, looked at the problem with the door latch of my microwave. He came back with the relevant part. When that didn't fix the problem he spent a considerable amount of time using creativity and ingenuity along with experience to come up with a fix for my 20+ year old microwave. I really appreciate how pleasant, clean and dogged he was with the problem.

Mr Grady is thoughtful, kind and honest. I had another wildlife removal company give me an estimate for the work required and they out and out lied about what was in my loft. Mr Grady maintained a professional demeanor, did not denigrate the other company but, gave me a clear picture of the issue I was facing. He clearly out-lined his plan and the cost of the plan. I would absolutely recommend his services.
