We moved into a new house a couple months ago. One of the features of the house is the automated/smart home entertainment system that's integrated with Control4. The previous homeowners had the system installed with Premier Smart Homes. Joel was the previous homeowners' rep, so we contacted him after moving in to have him come in to transition the system to us (set up our own account, show us how the system works, etc). Joel was extremely helpful with everything, and was patient in answering all the questions I had with using the system. After the initial setup, there were a few times when we needed to contact Joel for help, and every time Joel responded quickly and efficiently and resolved our issues remotely. So far everything is working smoothly. It's great being able to control the TV, music, alarm system, thermostat and lighting with our phones. I especially enjoy being able to play music from my phone to the speakers in the house. These guys are excellent at what they do.
