I became increasingly ill after moving into a new home. Athough I knew the home needed a good cleaning, I chose Twelve Points for duct cleaning based on Homestar reviews. I alerted them to my health issues. They came the following day and showed me the before and after pics of vents and ducts. It was rather scary and they did an excellent job. I got the Platinum package, which really worth it! You could feel the change in the air quality before they left.

This was my second time using Five Star, but first for exterior work. I retained them, as my realtor recommemded painting the garage door and siding. I went with the number one seller, Tricorn Black. Alex was my painter. He was professional and excellent with communication. We have received lots of compliments from the neighbours. The work was done on time for the price quoted.

There was an odour occasionally came fro.e tge main floor pwder room. My husband thought i was nuts. I called they camecthe next day on time. The tech arrived at nao tkm, so i appreciated his concern not to wake my toddler. He asked alot of questions to isolate the problem. Turn out i wasn't nuts. The ring that seal the bade of the toilet had worn away in two spots, so I was smellibg the sewer. He fixed quickly after confirming the price and left the washroom as clean as he found it.

My allergies flared up big time and i needed my ducts, furnace and dryer vent cleaned ASAP. I used Ozone in the past and I also called a top rated competitor. Ozone adjusted their schedule and came the next day. A top rated competitor told it would take them 40 minutes. I was surprised that Ozone took 3 hours. When I inquired as to difference in service time, Ozone sucks out the ducts whereas the competition uses air push everything through the vents into your furnace and then then just vacuum it out. Ozone and the top rated competitor charged the same amount. I think Ozone's method is much more thorough. The sweetest thing is I have a sixth month old and they came during her afternoon nap and were kind enough to maneuver, so as not to wake her. I highly recommend them!
