Walter repaired three large areas, about six feet by eight inches. I had a firm end date which had to be met and Walter met it including unplanned priming on the repairs. I was very happy with the work itself and also Walter's approach. At each stage he told me what he had done and what he would do next. Part of the work involved patching drywall on an outside wall and Walter paid particular attention to ensuring the vapour barrier was properly installed. It was a pleasure to have Walter do the work. It's so common for a contractor to quote then increase the cost for no real reason - not Walter!

I had been in discussion with another company but wasn't happy. Dave was responsive and made me much more comfortable at a better price. I had a finish deadline to meet and Dave kept me informed and delivered on his plan. The work was a replacement to drain system build when the house was built. I had several problems with the inside drains; Dave addressed them all and gave me comfort that they were really fixed this time. Appearance doesn't mean much hidden in a ceiling area but Dave's work was clearly done with care even if no one but me will see it.

From Toronto (not Ottawa) Quote was prompt, setting a day took a bit of back-and-forth as we had nothing urgent. Work was done very well by installers who were pleasant and seemed very competent. A few weeks later we realized they had missed a few screws, they responded to contact within a few hours - I find it says a lot how suppliers respond to a problem. Before they start, make sure the installers know what was agreed our work was a replacement but with a minor change that they'd have missed if I hadn't gone over the work. I'd use them again.
