A lot of miscellaneous repair and prep work in several rooms required before listing our home for sale. This job would have taken MUCH longer as a DIY job and quite possibly delayed our listing/moving date. I'm very happy with the work Chris did. He was on time every day, worked steadily all day. He was professional and cared about the work he did including doing some small extra repairs without adding to our cost. He also offered helpful advice about some of the work I was doing on my own. This saved me money and time and was much appreciated. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris - you will be happy with the job he does and his price was very fair.
