Sonny Raissi did an excellent job helping us to select a gas fire place insert for the renovation project of our 100 year old house. He made sure we understood the code requirements and all of the safety needs of such a project. He paid a visit to our house to inspect our fireplace prior to installation day. His team of installers arrived at precisely the agreed time, were very polite and efficient and completed the job within four hours. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure we knew exactly how to operate the fireplace before they left. A very pleasant and satisfying experience.
