Moved in January and decided to hire Lloyd. Was a great decision, 3 guys and just the right size truck arrived. They worked efficiently and made sure to wrap all our furniture to ensure no damage. Even recommended them to my sister for her upcoming move. Would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Was a musty smell to our basement and the insulation was stained in the laundry room. We had an air quality assessment done by another company that suggested we had mold. Healthy Homes came in and was able to remove insulation, remove the mold and clean our basement fully. They then redid the insulation properly and now we have a clean and livable basement area. Great job, they worked for multiple days and left everything spotless afterwards. We are expecting our first child in May so we wanted to ensure our house was safe. Gabriel and his team did that! Also did not have to pay in full until we had another mold test completed to reassure us that the job was done correctly.

We moved into a new to us house (20 years old) in December and knew there was a musty smell in basement. Decided to get an air quality assessment done since we thought there might be mold and we are expecting our first child in May. Shawn was great by running all the proper tests and taking the time to explain what we can do to improve the air quality throughout our home. We had another company do the work related to removing insulation/cleaning any mold, then we had IAQ retest to ensure the mold was removed. Great service and now we have peace of mind.
