May long weekend basement got flooded. Took them 3 weeks to do the emergency clean up that was to be done in the first 48 hrs. All the work they did has to be redone. It is now Oct 10 10 2016 and they have only got it half done and have cause more damage to our house. We had to fire them and start all over and redo everything. The project manager Shawn is the worst at doing this kind of work. As dumb as a stick !!
