This is my second experience with Sande and both have been excellent. The persistent squirrels in my neighbourhood have made their home in the soffit of my roof. Both times Sande has done a fantastic job of removing them. The only reason I had to get them back two years later was that the roofers had not closed off the vulnerable roof area and those squirrels were in there so fast! Thanks Sande for being so prompt and professional.

I was moving into a house which needed a lot of work and was recommended by a friend to speak with Jeff Roberts, owner of J. Roberts and Associates. He met with me very soon after we spoke on the phone and he knew exactly what needed to be done and how to get it done in a very narrow time line. He is incredibly knowledgeable and has the experience to get the right people to do the work. Once the work had started it progressed very fast. There was no waiting around for workers to show up. They were prompt, efficient, polite and extremely capable. Any questions I had were always answered. Jeff was there every day to check on progress and make sure I was happy. He counseled me on priorities and how to stay within budget. Only 8 weeks later and I now have a new upstairs to my house. He has managed to accomplish an inspiring total remodel with a vaulted bedroom ceiling, remodeling of the two other bedrooms, a complete remodel of the bathroom, customized cupboard doors, crown moulding and new baseboards, new windows, spray foam insulation, a repaired chimney and repairs to brickwork, upgraded electrical and plumbing, installation of new carpeting and new cupboards installed. Not only that, he dismantled an old garage, arranged for a new shed and built a fence. The speed at which he did all of this was incredible and all the while maintaining exceptional quality. I could not be more pleased. It has been a very positive experience and I plan to go on to phase 2 (the main floor) in the spring. I heartily recommend J. Roberts & Associates. He has become not only a trusted contractor but also a friend. I consider myself very lucky to have found him.
