Our 20 year Beam Central Vacuum broke down . Marco was very informative and helpful in giving us our options and he was not pushy . He let us make our decisions . We decided to have the motor changed plus new filter instead of getting an entire new system since we have a small house . Marco came down himself , removed the unit and lent us a cannister vacuum to use . He brought back the unit and installed . The unit looked cleaner and almost brand new . Marco was very friendly and informative . He gave us details on how to maintain this new motor .Since the unit came with the house and we didn't know it required regular maintenance.
