After overall experience with our new build house I recommend to stay away from Losani. They had good guys in their team, who took care during construction process. But they all gone in August, as I was notified. Current guys are working for Losani but not for the end-customers. Follow PDI issues is a nightmare. I am afraid what will happen with our 30 day Tarion. I was willing to write a very good review because of good experience during construction process. But I cannot do it now. They promised and then they did not follow. Before our closing date and at the closing date they did something and it was fast and efficient. Right after the closing our situation changed from white to black. They still have some managers who cares, but, looks, they don't have enough power to finalize/follow the issues. I was patient I was waiting and expecting that Losani will do fix-up issues with our new house, but day by day, week by week I was getting only promises. I am still hoping that our situation will be changed in near future. In this case I will update my review and give Losani more stars. It is our first new build house. My opinion may be not adequate. May be it is overall issue with all new house builders. Update: Today I've got call from Losani Warranty care top manager. He refused to fix our issue with Kitchen cabinets. He said that nothing wrong with them. But I have all email conversation between their design center and cabinets guys (it is clear there that our kitchen cabinets has issues with coating and they should be replaced). Update 2: Finally, I received a call from the manager to setup meeting at our house and check together (with him and cabinet makers) our kitchen doors. I hope the issue will be resolved in proper manner.
