The condensate pump on my furnace stopped working. I called and arranged to have it replaced. Told it would be $134 for service but price for part wouldn't be know because the tech needed to look at the furnace first. When the tech arrived he knew the price of the part and what needed to be replaced before even looking at my furnace! Seems like a bit of "bait and switch" to get you to call them - then you're over the barrel for whatever they want to charge you for the part. Other HVAC companies were able to give price for the part when I called. On the plus side, everyone was very nice and polite, even when I called to complain.

We regret the impression that this customer took away from our service.
This was a part that could have been quoted over the phone although that is normally not the case. Almost always a quote is provided after a professional tech has done a diagnostic. The customer then has the option of declining the repair. We totally reject being associated with any unethical practice , while being respectful of this customers impression.
