Hi Vanessa, thanks for sharing about your experience. Appreciate the review. I vaguely remember this issue and as you mentioned, I sent out a crew to get the issue rectified immediately. While they were out, they did double check the HVAC system to ensure everything was in order and cleaned, which it was, they just missed doing the dryer (one thought the other did it) None the less, we did send out a crew and get the venting cleaned and in order. It's not like you ordered a service, and we tried not to do it to rip you off for $50, it was an honest mistake. As you experienced first hand, when we get an issue from a customer, we try to rectify it ASAP, which we did, and didn't believe that we are obligated to offer a discount, especially after fixing it. However, I do believe I offered you a free dryer vent cleaning service to be done in the future. So if you forgot about that, here is a reminder, so you can call whenever you may need that service and we will gladly do it as a courtesy.
