Guzman and his team came and built a wood gate at the side of our house. I am very happy with the whole process. He was responsive, punctual and did a great job. He showed great attention to detail and made adjustments based on personal requests as the project went along. Would absolutely rehire for a future job.

Worked with Koncept to gut our basement and rebuilt it. Project included waterproofing, raised a beam into ceiling, new plumbing, electrical, new doors and windows, new stairs, new bathroom. Worked with Eric as the project manager and Jerry as the main contractor. I couldnt be happier with the outcome. They were excellent, a pleasure to deal with, fair and honest. There were a few small surprises and we navigated them all with ease. Would highly recommend working with them and will refer them to friends.

Len came to service from AC unit. He was a total professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. He communicated well and offered a range of options on how deal with the issue. I would highly recommend him and his company.

Needed to top up our attic insulation, met with John. He very prompt / professional and helped explain the whole process. Quote was slightly higher than competition but he matched price so went with him. His team came today to do it. They were nice, clean and did a good job. The only thing holding it back from 10/10 was part of the plan was to add attic ventilation which they were unable to do because of the layout, something I would have thought they would know during the initial inspection / quoting. Beyond that I was pleased with the service and would not have issue recommending them to someone else.
