The two installers who came to install the windows and doors, Obrad and Goran were excellent. There was an issue regarding part of the order. Obrad and Goran gave advice that avoided a problem with the appearance of some of the windows so these were not installed. The remainder, i.e. eight windows and the front door, were all installed perfectly. The only reason for four stars is because of the mix up on the initial sale.

Rat removal and carpenter ant control
We discovered a rat had entered our house and called a number of firms before Contact said they could come within a couple of hours. Taha dealt with the rat issue quickly and identified a potential carpenter ant problem which was addressed a couple of days later. Throughout his dealings Taha was professional and gave us confidence he understood our situation and how to deal with it.
