Love the door but required service for faulty lock set. Door is almost impossible To open from outside. Called repeatedly and played phone tag for two weeks. When we called again was told staff had fixed the door the day before but no one came. Was then told that they would look into it and call us back but no phone call. Called them back and was told sorry we're really busy. Very frustrated particularly now that we are struggling to open the door from the inside. Fire hazard? Love the door, love the sidelight and was very pleased with the installation excepting the fact that the doorbell was never installed. Picked centennial due to the warranty and now am disappointed.
