Fence latch was broken and i didn't have the idea or tools to fix it properly, had Yassar over to take a look and he was able to reuse most of the exisiting materials to fix it. He also helped with cleaning and chaulking pf my main bathroom as it has not been done for rhe last 5 years. He was quick and efficient in his work.

Was preparing the house for the winter and had Jeff over to inspect and suggest next steps. The pipes wasn't labelled but he was able to nail down the two pipes that lead to the garden faucets and installed the shutoff valves. We only needed to have one installed as the other one already had a valve.

Had a chat with Greg and he came over to quickly inspect my chimney the same day, The Mortar between my chimney and the main building was deteriorating and started showing a crack/separation. Greg also took a look around the house to see any other defect and noticed a badly covered up hole on the side of the house, which he included in his final quote. Post accepting, greg had a quick turnaround time and was able to secure the material and get the work done the next week. Will definitely hire Greg again for any future work.

We were moving from a two bedroom condo and Cargo Cabbie quotes us for 6 hours with 3 movers. Ryan, Jill and Raye arrived early on the day of moving. They lay the mat on the door and wrapped our furniture to ensure that the furniture does not get scratched and is well taken care off. They also were quick and efficient and the move was done 1.5 hour earlier than the quoted 6 hour.

Abed and Coco was efficient at their work and also provided some advice to put in filters for our air intake vent. The work was done quickly below the quoted time.

Our was concrete(results in a lot of dust and it has damages everywhere), the rafter was cracked and required fixing and the electrical wiring of the garage was all over the place. So we reached out to Invicible garage for a project to give it a a complete makeover. The electrical wiring was fixed and tidy up, the rafter was fixed, dry wall was put on the ceiling with pot lights, proslat wall was installed and they also finished the floor and foundation with epoxy. We were very happy with the end result

Had hired Tony to do an inspection post closing to get an idea on what we may need to fix as me and my partner are both new to house ownership. Tony walked us through every part of the house and pointed out possible fixes and possible inefficiency. We had learn a lot about our new house rather than than to experience it first hand when anything fails or leaks. So it had been a good experience and a piece of mind to learn more about the house and some of its issues that we need to address.

I approached Invision hardwood with a project a couple of weeks before i am taking over a new 2 bedroom condo unit in downtown Toronto. Based on the measurement I sent Dov, he was able to give a fairly accurate quote on what the overall re-flooring was like given a rough measurement provided by me. The actual visit happened on a Friday(the day after i took ownership), with Dov taking the actual measurement and adjusting the quote given the difference in expected square ft. It was also then that we discuss about the possibility of a painting job for the unit. Both the reflooring and full repainting was done in the following week, much to my surprise. The floor and painting was done to my satisfaction. Thanks to Dov, John and Gennaro to make all of this happen in such a short time frame.
