I was very happy with the level of service and quality of work provided by Walter and Chris from Gem Windows. They removed and disposed of my old patio window and installed the new one skillfully and accurately. This was no easy task as I live in an old house and so they had to customize the opening with a special wood frame. I like everything to be neat and centred and Walter and Chris made sure everything was perfectly aligned and to my liking. I would highly recommend this team from Gem Windows and I hope to see them again for my next job! Thank you!

There is an expression that only god is perfect. Undoubtedly true, but our installers come as close as they can to perfection. We're just glad when a customer like you notices the extra effort. Window and door installation has more in common with open heart surgery than with an assembly line. You open the patient and have its life in your hands. Regardless of what you find, you have to find a way to do the job and come out the other end with the patient still alive!

Devon and his team are very professional and reliable in their approach to their work which is always done to a high standard and on time. Devon always takes great pride in and ownership for his work and, if anything goes wrong, will quickly put it right and make sure you're happy with the job. I have a long list of jobs for you Devon!
