Thanks to COVID-19, we've been home and twice we have witnessed (and videotaped for proof) that the tech just zooms in and out of the backyard with a spreader just to check off his box. Last time the service was done in under 10 seconds for the back and 5 seconds for the front. This time wasn't much different - my interlocked area got more treatment than my grass - and we all know what a warm summer it's been so he could not have missed the areas that really needed more attention. Was a customer for a few years, they have lost us for life. Sad to say their customer care line not only didn't offer an explanation, at the end just said: Hello? Hello? and hung up! Just shame on you.

Excellent team to work with... Bryan is arguably one of the most honest contractors I have met. Thumbs up! Showed up on time every single day and did a lovely job overall.

The end result was good. I just don't take a liking to contractors who come in and then point out everything they think 'was not done right by whoever did it before'.

First – the customer is assured that the technician follows NADCA procedure, thereby clearly demonstrating his intent to a providing a professional performance.
Second – knowledgeable homeowners make informed decisions that translate into justification of household expenses. Our customers are grateful for this new information.
