My purchase experience at their castle field branch was great. Very helpful customer service personnel. However, I unfortunately have to echo some of the reviews on two points: the poor delivery service, and the poor quality of the goods delivered. I bought a king sized bed. It was delivered with a scratch on the head board which I decided to just accept. The delivery guys did not want to take it upstairs as it “wouldn’t fit”. When I asked them to try (as I had checked the dimensions several times), they complained that it wouldn’t and yet ultimately it took 10 min to get it up the stairs. The bed was assembled very poorly and continues to wobble. I made the mistake of purchasing more furniture. This time it was a dining table. Again the purchase experience was great, but it was delivered 2 months late. When it arrived, it was cracked and the table leg was chipped. The delivery person said it wasn’t his problem. I called customer service and I’m still waiting to hear back. I am very disappointing by the quality I received. If I wanted packed-furniture quality, I wouldn’t have paid thousands of dollars and waited months for a dining table. I certainly won’t be buying from them again.
