USED THIS COMPANY ON TWO OCCASIONS. WORK DONE IN A FAST AND EFFICIENT MANNER. TECHNICIAN ARRIVED AT THE PREARRANGED TIME AND COMPLETED THE INSTALLATIONS AND LEFT THE PREMISES IN A NEAT AND ORDERLY STATE. THE COMPANY QUOTED A PRICE WHICH WAS THE AMOUNT CHARGED WHEN WORK COMPLETED. THE TECHNICIAN WAS POLITE, FRIENDLY AND TRUSTWORTHY.

Monthly fees increases from time to time($26.74 by Apr 2016) plus tax.($30.22 or 7% in 2 yrs 4 months. Very deceptive, face of contract states $24.99 but on the back of the contract clause allows for increases. The contract is signed on a clipboard, the reverse is in small print on crumpled yellow paper and extremely difficult to read. The increased fees are never mentioned and unexpected since the value of the heater depreciates over time. No notice of increases ever received contrary to contract.
