Johnny and Kellen were great to first assess the stuff we needed to get rid and very effective at safely and wisely moving the items out of my house with ease. I am so grateful for this service. After a recent rain and wind event, I received a frantic call from my next door neighbor that my roof vent landed in her backyard. After I picked it up from her, I was a bit puzzled as to how this could have happened as I went with Gitano roofing 3 years ago to replace my roof. I contacted their office and spoke with Sabrina, she was so patient and understanding of my concerns and said she would dispatch someone as my roof was still under warranty. Slavik came to inspect the roof, he is such a patient and attentive person as I expressed my concerns about the potential issue. He got on his ladder and inspected the roof - THANKFULLY I have metal roof vents which were in tact and found perfectly in place on the roof. Slavik was so kind to do an inspection of the entire roof while he was up there and shared with me photos of what he saw. After 3 years the roof looks amazing! Without question, I would recommend Gitano roofing for the installation and as well their warranty on their work. Keep up the great job Team Gitano.
