Interior design, staging of condo for sale
Patrick of Studio Linea is a highly experienced and creative design professional. Our project with him involved the staging of a 1,200 sq. ft. loft condo to prepare it for marketing for sale. Patrick's plan was to utilize some existing furnishings and art and supplement with pieces from his collection to maximize the contemporary theme of the space and emphasize our loft's unique design features. The end result was amazing and generated very significant buyer interest and multiple offers at prices well over asking. Mission accomplished!!! Patrick and his team were great to work with and very adaptable to our requirements. We highly endorse Patrick and Studio Linea as very creative and capable interior design professionals.
