Just moved and needed new mattresses.
We needed to purchase 2 queen mattress sets, a twin and double mattress only. I couldn't ask for a better mattress company. I dealt with one of the owner's, John, who is friendly and knows his business. Products are excellent and prices can't be beat anywhere. Free delivery and they take away your old mattresses. The proof is in the sleep and we are all happy with ours.
Up front membership is costly but cost of merchandise should offset this by far. Shipping of products from manufacturers takes time but it's worth the wait as some items could come from the States. Enormous variety in products and savings galore.
We purchased a leather recliner/rocker chair and corner hutch to match our kitchen table (made by the same manufacturer). Delivery wait wasn't too bad. It was the after service that is awful. Upon arrival of our hutch we noticed a couple of discrepancies..no shelves included and different kind of glass on door that we were lead to believe. A couple of small spots on the leather recliner the leather is peeling off. They were going to send a technician. The first time he went to our old address(we had changed our address in their database) the second time he was suppose to phone in the afternoon to arrange a visit. That was about a month or so ago and still have yet to hear from the technician or the home show on this matter. In regards to the hutch after 8 weeks and 7 phone calls our shelves had arrived and we could go pick them up. There is still a shelf missing from the bottom part of the hutch. Recently I heard they were closing their doors....we purchased 5 year warranties on both of these products but I don't have that warm fuzzy feeling that these warranties will be honoured if needed.
Installation of gas fireplace.
Lots of varieties to choose from. Friendly knowledgable staff. Competative prices. We are at the halfway point of having our fireplace installed. The is in and we've chosen our surround and marble for the hearth. Store pictures show excellent cabinetry and basically can custom make to your desire. A++
