Mark recently sealed a crack in our foundation. We were extremely impressed by his professionalism and expertise. His explanation of the technology and methodology was advanced, but was expressed to us in plain language. After answering all of our questions he thoroughly investigated the cause of the leak and perfectly re-created the leak under test conditions to confirm his assessment.
