Contacted JHC with regards to our front lawn which was in terrible shape so we wanted to start over with new sod. Spoke with Val who explained the process and was very detailed. I was able to have them come over within 2 weeks of contacting them. The workers were very respectful and did a great job removing the dead lawn (what was left of it) and laid the new sod along with cleaning up after they were done. Call followed up with me to ensure I was satisfied with the work along with giving me tips on how to water and maintain the lawn for years to come.

We originally hired Iberia to install an interlocking walkway at the front of the house along with replacing an old wooden porch with a stone porch, replace grass with sod and create a garden area. This was done during the fall of 2012. As others have mentioned on their reviews Chris and his crew were a pleasure to have working on our project. The crew were punctual everyday, none of this here today and then gone for a few days before they return. Iberia starts a project and remains onsite everyday until completion. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is excellent. Chris himself is easy to work with making suggestions that have strong impacts with minimal cost. We found him very easy to get hold of if needed and dropping by regularly throughout the project. During the summer of 2013 we wanted to do work to our back so the choice for us was obvious. I contacted Chris once again and he was quick to return my call and come out to take a look for discussion and quote. We had Iberia demolish an old parking pad and create a 2 level patio while replacing all the grass with sod and installing new fencing. Chris assigned the job to the same crew he had complete our front the year earlier giving us much confidence and comfort due to the familiarity of the crew. Once again the entire experience was top notch. The attention to detail, the craftsmanship, the approachability and overall politeness with dealing with this team is incredible. The end result in the back gave us a functional area for entertaining or just relaxing with the family. . We now have a front and back to our house that we love. All our friends and family that come over can not believe the transformation while showering us with compliments. Thanks Iberia!

Due to water damage we had to gut our finished basement. Once gutted we then water proofed the inside and had a new concrete floor poured. Once this was complete we were ready to refinish our basement. We had an idea of what we wanted which was an improved version of what we had before the water damage. We had a number of quotes which all came in within a few thousand of eachother. In analyzing the quotes we felt that the quote from Stan at Basement Experts was the most detailed covering all aspects of the project which was discussed during their visit. We also had a good feeling about Stan, immediately feeling comfortable with our communication and his attention to our needs. Upon hiring Basement Experts a schedule was forwarded to us detailing the start date, various "landmark" dates such as drywall, electrical, plumbing, paint etc... and a finishing date with final walkthru. A payment schedule was married to these dates making it easy to follow the course and stay on budget. The crew showed up on the start date and kept to the schedule throughout the project and finished on time as promised. During the project there were a few changes we requested along with some unforeseen surprises found during the project (always the case with old houses). The changes were discussed and accepted with no issues by Stan and Ryan. The surprises (very few) were handled very professionally without added cost or lost time. The workmanship is top notch with a 2 year guarantee. Although its been only 1 month since finishing I am confident that the basement will allow for many years of enjoyment. Our wood burning fireplace in our living room was the existing fireplace since the house was built in the 30's. Although it was in working order we wanted to revitalize it. We wanted to replace the existing brick facing along with the tile on the floor. After reading the review on Greystone my wife and I ped by their shop and spoke to Anthony. Right away we were impressed with Anthony's knowledge and friendly demeanor. We felt very comfortable doing business with Anthony. With the help of Anthony we picked a new wood mantle and marble tile. The crew showed up at our house on time as promised. They were very professional. They did an excellent job while cleaning up as they went assuring no unnecessary mess. We are very happy with the results and would not hesitate to do business with Greystone again in the future.
