We got many quotes for redoing our driveway with interlocking brick and the fence in our backyard. Action Home Services had the most detailed (in terms of installation) and reasonable quote out of all of the contractors we contacted. From our initial meeting you could really tell that John knew his stuff. He was very pleasant and patient as I asked him many questions in trying to decide which company to go with. The work started on time and John was good with communicating where we were in the queue. The work crew was here every day and worked only on our project. Renat was great to work with and he was also patient with my many questions and requests as they were working. I waited to write this review to see how the driveway and fence have weathered and they are holding up great (we had our work done in the fall of 2019). If you want quality work at a good price, Action Home Services is the way go. I would definitely hire them again for any future projects.

Kosta provided some of the best customer service I have ever received. In the grand scheme of things our project was on the lower cost-end of the scale, but he still treated us as VIPs. He was consistently cheerful throughout our multiple visits to the store to look at carpet samples, answered our multiple questions and was responsive to email queries. There was a hiccup on the day of installation and Kosta (and Maria) went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. We would gladly do business again with them in the future.
