I met with the owners of Great Northern Home Exteriors at an expo event and they ended up working out a deal that we are pleased with. I recommend them.

Sam came out to assess my dryer and said I needed a new mother board and it would take 2 to 3 days to come in. A week later I called and the part had not come in. It took 2 weeks for the part to come in . He fixed the dryer but when i went to use it the next day it was venting back into my house. I called him and he said he would come that day. He never came to fix it. Also he wouldn't ever commit to a time to come. He would call a 1/2hr before he would come out.
