We have used High Tech Appliance Service on multiple occasions over the years for various appliance repairs, due to our units aging and breaking down. Atier has been a reliable and professional contact on every occasion. This time around (during the pandemic in September) we contacted Atier to address fridge/freezer issue. He quickly diagnosed possible issues over the phone, and arrived 'covid masked' at our home within an hour. Exceptionally prompt and friendly as usual. He diagnosed the issue and explained options. Based on his recommendation we proceeded with repairs on the spot. Couldn't be more pleased, particularly during these difficult times where an appliance can lead to immediate anxiety.
