Had some new lights installed around the house. Was happy with the work overall. Farzad was polite and offered advice on some things and answered a few questions. The work seems like it was done with care and attention. The only reason I'm scoring a 9 instead of a 10 was communication was a bit difficult at times. The work is good quality and Farzad is a nice person. You will be satisfied if you use this company.

Called just for an annual tune up on AC and furnace. Polite on the phone and in person. Professional, punctual, finished on time. No issues. Basic review here but nothing bad to say. I will use them again next year. This is actually my second year using them and I would say the same thing about their work last year too (I just never got around to leaving a review). Good job!

I read the many great reviews so I was hoping to be happy when everything was said and done, unfortunately I was rather let down. I went over all of my expectations (nothing extreme) with someone on the phone. She took all of the info and advised it would be passed on to the cleaner. I even filled out the email as requested and got it back to them in a timely manner. When the cleaner showed up she had no idea what she was expected to do. She had no idea she was supposed to bring a certain piece of cleaning equipment. There was a total lack of communication somewhere. So she was told what to do but never completed it. We never received the deep clean, just a regular clean. And the regular clean was average at best. Things were still dusty, and I'm not talking about a tiny corner or crevice that could be missed, I'm talking about ceiling corners (low, reachable, and I bought an extendable duster and had two step stools!), top of the microwave, very reachable light fixtures. The basement wasn't even touched. It was an average job at best. I'm not a picky person, but if I'm paying a lot of money I expect a professional to do a better job than I can do, and she didn't. I was let down and won't be using the service again. I have no complaints about the maid as a person, she was polite. I'm actually saddened by this experience because I was automatically expecting to be happy and expecting to be a regular.

From your description, there was a communication break down where the cleaner could not access your cleaning instructions on her phone. Otherwise, all instructions are at our cleaners' fingertips.

Needed a dead tree removed. Prompt reply. Fair price. Work done quickly. Yard left clean. Professional throughout. Everything you want and expect from any company for anything. I would use them again if ever needed.

Quite happy with this company. I had a different lawn company before that I was dissatisfied with. So far I've had no issues with communication (which was an issue with my last company) or results. This is my second year with them and they've done a good all-around job

quite happy with the service overall. Notice the difference more in the winter than in the summer. The upper rooms are much warmer this winter compared to previous ones. less dust around the house overall. you'll be happy with the end results. your floors may be a bit sticky after (if you have hardwood). Professional and polite service from initial communications, to the actual service date, and after. Good job.

we used a different company before this one and were completely unsatisfied. saw the good reviews so tried this company. we've been very happy with the results. issues with ants which we thought would never go away has gone away! if any other issues do arise we will use this company again.

had some mold in the attic so I sent in a request on their website. They called me in less than 24 hours and on a Saturday. was able to set things up for an agreed upon date and time. They were able to accommodate a small request I had for a time change as well. Came on time, worked quickly, quietly, kept everything clean, didn't cause any disruptions or damage, gave me a full report and answered my questions after. No issues, happy with the service all around. Friendly, professional and clean. Good job!

hired them a few years back which turned out to be a mistake. First, they did the full assessment and initial treatment on a neighbours house! Gave him the full report (4 or 5 pages I believe). I would never have known if the neighbour didn't come and tell me, as they had my correct address on the paperwork. When I told them about the error they did come to my place and do the initial application but never did the full report for me that I'm supposed to get on the first visit. I requested this full report but the lady on the phone said not to worry, i get a report every time they come (a page, minor summary, not as detailed). She just pretended she didn't know what i was talking about is what I sensed. Another issue, I (stupidly) agreed to an additional treatment for grubs. The lady on the phone told me you have to water the grass thoroughly the day before otherwise the treatment won't work as well. I said I would, i just needed to know what day they were coming so I could ensure it's done. She said they would contact me the day before coming (as they never gave me a firm date). Needless to say, no one contacted me and i didn't water the lawn as i was supposed to. They applied the treatment to my dry lawn. Finally, when I would submit a question or request on-line they never followed up. You had to call in for any service. Since I've cancelled they were calling quite a bit to get me to sign back up but that has slowed down substantially now. My lawn never looked that great at any point that summer. It looks much better now that i just do everything myself. The only plus I can think of was that whenever I talked to the people that came to my house they were polite and professional. I would not recommend TruGreen.

Stefano came to do a home inspection for us. Arrived early and was polite and professional the whole time. Invited us to ask questions and provided a lot of information and knowledge on various topics. He was very helpful and the overall experience was fantastic. Highly recommended.

I actually used this company about 4 years ago and never wrote a review (slipped my mind) but thought I would. I called because my garage wouldn't open and I heard something snap. I called and Chris came the next day. He diagnosed the likely issue on the phone and told me how long it would take to fix it. He came and did the work in the estimated time frame and also did a couple of other small preventative maintenance things for me. Happy with the work, and since so much time has passed I can say that everything is still working fine. Polite, professional, and good work. Happy overall.

Called regarding a problem with carpenter ants. They came out a few times and would continually do the same thing, spray. That didn't work the first time or any subsequent times. They said there was nothing they could do but spray. didn't offer any solutions on what to do to stop the problem. The people that came to my house were nice and professional but the didn't help fix this issue

Generally happy with the job that was done. The person who attended was polite, professional, right on time, and finished the job right in the time estimate. The only minor concern was he caused some small scratches on the hardwood and also damaged (minor) the corner of a wall while moving equipment. The house definitely seems cleaner and less dusty now.

Discovered this company at the homeshow and signed up to have them come and clean my chimney and dryer as I'd just bought a new house. The person who showed up was within the hour timeframe I was given and the person was very polite and professional. He told me that the dryer was really messy and he had to put in some extra time and make some minor repairs/replacements of some items (no extra cost incurred). He also cleaned the chimney and said it was in pretty good shape already. Finally, I had some concerns about potential spalling brick in the chimney but he advised that it was not at a point of concern. I appreciate the honest in regards to the chimney as opposed to pushing for what would be an expensive job fixing the bricks. Very satisfied. Good Job. Will use again
