We are building our home with Biltmore. From day one we had nothing but problems with Builtmore. To name a few: they forgot to order trusses for our coffering ceiling and replaced it by dropping ceiling; they forgot to check where our hydro meter should be and now it is on the front of the house; they narrowered the whole house by a foot; they moved the whole house back shortening our back yard by 3 feet; they do not know the difference between fixed and casement windows; they are turning our front steps against our wish. If you are thinking of buying a new home beware of this builder!
