Derrick and his team were recommended to me by friends and now I know why! He was so great to deal with - so responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and trustworthy! His rates were unbeatable and his work is impeccable. It was truly an awesome experience from start to finish - he went above and beyond several times and the entire process was fantastic and seamless. Even my neighbours reached out to tell me how impressed they were with the work they watched Gecko do (and some are now going to be having him build their garages too!) I want to acknowledge the great experience I’ve had so far buying a townhouse from Jayman. From the very first moment I started comparing builders they really stood out from the competition. Not only did I like their designs and color schemes better but they had an exceptional Area Sales Manager in Robin MacCullouch. She was so kind and knowledgeable and helpful. She answered my millions of questions so quickly, thoroughly and around the clock (and I never felt like a bother or high maintenance with the way Robin responded), cared about me as a person- not just a buyer AND she went above and beyond with weekly updates and photos and personalized everything. She even (still) goes above and beyond to help me and even checks in to see how everything is months AFTER I’ve moved in. I had a few things go wrong when I first moved it but the team with Jayman worked quickly to fix it. Even Jayman's president got back to me with a very long, kind response when I emailed in my feedback. The townhouse itself is great – the landscaping is a very different story. That aside, Jayman has made a great impression so far and I definitely recommend them. I also used Jordan D'Haese for my mortgage and he was fantastic as well - I also really recommend him too!
