This was the third awning and first cantilever umbrella (Glatz) we’ve purchased from Rolltec. Can’t speak highly enough about the service received from Helen, the quality of the products and the service of the installation team. They answered all of my questions patiently and courteously. We had Robert replace a tub with a rain head shower, including floor to ceiling glass walls, a bench and two niches. Robert had great suggestions, did what he said he would do when he said he would do it, was patient and worked very clean. I’ve worked with several contractors over the years and have finally found the person we’ll use for all future products. I could not recommend Robert highly enough.

We bought our first awning five years ago and love it. The price Rolltec charged was fair and their selection and service was second to none. We had a small issue with the awning two years after we bought it and they came back and fixed the issue promptly and with no charge. We didn’t hesitate to go with Rolltec when we decided to install a second awning. Helen is polite and efficient to deal with, installation and timing is as promised and the installers are tidy, polite and happy to answer questions. You won’t be disappointed if you choose Rolltec.

Thomas was prompt, professional and courteous. He took the time to answer my questions and resolved my issue. He ran a test on my AC system and made me aware of a potential issue to watch out for in future. Highly recommended.

Ivan was prompt in responding and was very courteous, even after I chnaged our assembly date 3 times. the assembler, John, was polite, worked extremely clean, was happy/positive and cleared away all garbage. I will definitely use Ikeaman again and would highly recommend their service.
