Phenomenal service! The technicians that came out - Fitsum and Juliano - were some of the best technicians I have ever had. My mother appreciated Fitsum's humility and how respectful he was. Juliano was also very pleasant. They cleaned thoroughly! The reason for the large sum of money was because we had them here for a while, doing a lot of work. We will definitely be a repeat customer to this company.

Here is the high-handed, passive-aggressive email I received from contractors manager, Sarah of Homeservice Club. She was eager to cancel my membership. I also fought with them on the phone as well. This is the worst in both the job that was tasked as well as any customer service relations I have EVER had with a company. The electrician didn't complete his job and the handyman never called. A few things to note: 1. I have always made appointments with them so the member point is irrelevant. 2. My medical appointment was only one day. And I tried to get an appointment for weeks on end. 3. The electrician, "Skill Electric" was rude and lazy and refused to change my bulbs. 4. I also asked for a Handyman. A service order was sent more than once. He never called.
