At first, they were responsive on the initial service call. Representative identified the issue with my A/C. Even though we had some challenges arranging the follow up service call to replace the parts, the team at Comfort Masters pulled it together in a quick fashion to get my A/C up and running with IMPROVED performance! We'll be ready when the heat returns next year! A great example of Comfort Master's commitment to excellent customer satisfaction right to the end!
