We were in desperate need. Contacted the after hours call centre. Recieved a call back immediately. Steve was out as quickly as he could be from Calgary to strathmore. Accessed the problem, found the blockage and cleared it. This was 11 pm on a Friday night. They were clear on ot and travel and exceeded all of our needs and expectations. Hats off Drainmasters and Steve, their tech. The other guys, Roto-rooter would not even send a tech out to strathmore, even tho they advertised strathmore as a town they service......
