Mo, Shawn, and Ali were fantastic and a pleasure to deal with!! It's easy to communicate and work with these guys. They provide their input and ideas, and they genuinely care about your satisfaction. They are very professional and detailed. And they work fast! In the middle of our basement reno, we had an unrelated sewage backup issue and realized our home was built with clay pipes and that tree roots were growing inside. A professional plumbing company recommended we change the pipes to PVC, and quoted us over $7k to do the job. I was happy that Mo was working on my house that day because he listened to everything the plumber had to say, and then he called in a friend who is a Master Plumber and they did the job for me, and saved us thousands of dollars! Even with this additional job, they still finished my basement reno on time! Mo and his team completed a lot of work for us, including new sewage pipes, changing fusebox to panel box, custom console shelf, new basement (floors, drywall, ceiling, potlights), stone accent wall, stairs, new door, tv mounting, electric wiring, finished a storage closet, and they even fixed a leak in the main floor powder room and some lighting in the kitchen. We are so happy with the way Mo, Shawn, and Ali brought our vision to life; and we have peace of mind knowing that the pipes and electricity box are updated too. We have already recommended York General Contractors to our friends and neighbours; and we plan to call them back for future renovations!

I am a new home owner and this is our first summer managing a swimming pool. Our pool seemed to be losing water at a rate of about 3 inches per day, so I called Larry after reading his many great reviews about his services. As I suspected, Larry proved to be a real expert at swimming pool leak detection. I asked to watch the whole process for my own learning, and I was really impressed with how thorough he was. I was also very impressed with the extensive amount of tools and gadgets he used for testing and re-testing ... and he is a really nice guy and a pleasure to chat with. I had opportunities to ask him all kinds of questions about swimming pool management, and I felt I really benefited from his advice. At the end of the day, we chose to plug up a non-essential pipe which had the major leak (saved $$ there!), and we repaired about 8 rips in the liner (some of which I could see with the naked eye, and some which were detected by microphone ... I could hear his machine going off in spots where there were leaks). I was happy with the price, and I am very pleased with the service. It has been 4 days since Larry was here, and my water level hasn't dropped. Problem solved. Highly Recommend! A++!!
