We had comparitive quotes and felt we would get what we actually needed and wanted with going through Costco and Reliance. Impressed with service. No pressuring. Jamie as advisor patiently and with knowledge answered all our questions. Brent and Drew who did the installation, were punctual, knowledgeable, polite and respectful. Very satisfied with our experience with Reliance. Definitely will recommend.

Washer not draining. Sagoo apparently cleaned pump and charged $210.00. Two weeks later, which was next time washer was used it made a lot of noise. Second wash, made noise and stopped 1/2 way through draining. Managed to get going again and get it to drain, called Sagoo to come fix, as obviously was not fixed. This was within the 30 day warranty on labor. Which he refused to honor. He was very rude, told us to get somebody else and hung up the phone. We will not patronizing his attitude and business again. We are sadly disappointed and feel we have been taken advantage of. In our opinion this is not a reputable business.
