Reliance installed a air conditioner and blocked access to the filter of our furnace. We discovered this problem a year later when the furnace was serviced. It took a onth for a technician to come by and document the problem. Another month waiting to hear from a service manager who never called. After calling and demanding for it to be fixed, they sent a technician to tell us that it was too big of a job for him and that a service manager will contact us. Reliance was supposed to contact us. We are still waiting days later. The worst customer service for supposedly reputable company.
