I had my AC unit installed in June. The men who installed my unit drilled 4 holes in my house then decided to move the bracket and drilled 4 more holes. They never informed me of their mistake and I saw this when I went outside the next day and it looks terrible. I talked to my initial point of reference with the company (Vincent) of how this was not very professional and he said he would look into it and I never heard back from him. They also told me I would get an email for a rebate in 2 weeks which never came (now been almost 4 weeks) and when I called they said send an email someone will get back to you even though the men who installed my unit said to call the company if there was an issue. Also the serial number on the booklet provided did not match the serial number on the actual AC unit so I had to spend a little extra time for registering my unit. Not sure if this is the companies fault or Goodmens. I am very disappointed with the service after hearing many good things. I just feel it was really unprofessional not to even mention the additional holes drilled into my house that now affects the overall appearance of it given we are an end unit and it is fully visible. Hopefully something will be done about this and it will be fixed properly instead of a clear rubber type material to plug the holes. Update: As soon as this review was approved I received an email from the company and apparently the rebate email was sent July 3rd. Not sure if it went to my junk mail. The email also walked me through the serial number and I was assured the holes will be taken care of. I initially had a low rating for this company but will boost it. Not being told about the mistakes with the holes still bothers me and would have rather the men be upfront about their mistake.
