I am nearing the end of a complete gut and reno of a new home. After a long search for the right flooring for the house I started to search for someone to install it for me. We were doing tiles in the main entrance, engineered hardwood throughout the house and carpet on our stairs. Hiring the right contractor was a critical decision for my wife and I as we really wanted it to look perfect. We also spent a lot of money so couldn't afford to have it done incorrectly. I got many quotes ranging from 1.75/sqft to 3 for installation for the wood. As budget is obviously very important, I was really thinking I should stick with the 1.75/sqft guys but felt something wasn't right. That is when I found Mike. From the beginning Mike never pressured me to hire him. He was very honest with me and understood where I was coming from with wanting to save money. What also impressed me is the fact that he NEVER criticized the other Companies. He respected my decision and left it up to me. I finally decided to hire Mike. Everything from the timing of the install to accommodate me over a weekend to get this flooring done before my kitchen arrived, to picking up my engineered hardwood and tiles from 2 different locations for me, to the absolutely PERFECT installation it was beyond what my wife and I expected and we couldn't be happier. Mike and his team are very good people who genuinely care about their clients. I would hire Mike again any time and would also recommend him to anyone! Thanks again!

I purchased my home in 2012. When I moved in I noticed the basement had a cold cellar and the doorway had been sealed with cinder block. Over the last year I started to notice water seeping under the bricked in doorway. It was obvious the cold cellar was leaking and the previous owner didn't fix the water issue but simple had it closed in. I have since dug the entire foundation and waterproofed to ensure water could not penetrate the wall of the cold cellar. I also sealed the top of the porch and the ashes surrounding to ensure water could not penetrate through the cracks. I was at the point I was ready to re-open the cold cellar. I had mixed advice/quotes from many contractors as high as 8000 dollars to build a negative air and remove the brick wall in the event mold was in the cold cellar. Today I have the privilege of speaking to Ross and Kay(2 of the most friendly and kind people I have dealt with in customer service). Kay was soooo friendly and helpful listening to my unique situation but though it was best I speak directly to Ross. When I called Ross and had a chat with him, he gave me some amazing advice and educated me about mold and my situation. He could have charged me a couple of thousand dollars to do what I was able to do on my own for nothing. I have now taken the wall down and found absolutely no mold. I found a perfectly dry cold cellar with solid concrete walls and a clean concrete floor. These people are truly amazing, honest and professional! Thanks again :)
