When We called Maret about cleaning the condo that my fiance and I were going to move into, We felt very comfortable and confident that she and her team were the right ones for the job. She is very friendly, professional, and cooperative. She was very prompt and met with us the very next day to evaluate the job that we had for her. She was very accomodating to what we wanted to be done and walked us through step by step throughout the whole place and explained the process. Two days later, Maret and her team - Debra, Maryan, and Saida arrived very early for our appointment and were ready to get going as soon as we arrived there to meet them. When they inspected the task at hand and compiled a plan we were at such ease knowing that a confident group of girls were not only going to get the job done but they were going to get the job done right! During the evaluation Maret gave us a quote on how long it would take to clean the whole place but in the end her and the girls spent a lot more time than what we were quoted to make sure it was done correctly and she didn't even charge us an extra penny! Debra was especially kind enough to call and inform us of the extra time required and to keep us updated on how things were going. Their Eco-Friendly Simple Sudz cleaning product that they used to clean our condo is absolutely terrific as it is all natural, enzyme based, and left no chemical odours when the cleaning was finished. We don't like the smell that regular cleaning products leave behind and we are concious about the environment so we were very pleased with their Simple Sudz product. They even gave us a tub for future use. The end result was a big WOW! The washrooms and kitchen looked awesome and they even cleaned around and under the fridge! They cleaned the oven, stove, hood fan, dishwasher, sink, toilet, balcony door rails, light fixtures, etc, you name it they cleaned it! Now that we just got a total paint job done our place looks so brand new! We are so excited to move in to our place now! Maret, Debra, Maryan, and Saida are an exceptional group of girls who take pride in what they do and know how to totally satisfy their clients. Though we were clients to them, they made us feel like friends and we look forward to keeping in touch with them later on. Without a doubt in our minds we would definitely recommend Maret's cleaning services to anyone who wants an A+++ job at tidying up their place. Just look at all the positive reviews here!
