Ironically, speaking to customer service was the worst part of the experience, aside from the cost (including a $100 fee simply to come to your home to diagnose the problem). The representative I spoke to on the phone was rude and condescending and probably should not be dealing with the public. More positively, I was able to get a convenient appointment for a service call. The service technician arrived about 15 minutes before the end of the 3-hour window they give you as a time frame. He went about his task briskly and in a business-like (somewhat detached) way and repaired the dishwasher that day. It seems to be working well now. Work order #183710
