The original bathroom that came with my ~10 year old condo was getting a bit dated, and also the builder's picks weren't the nicest of products. I decided to replace everything: sink/vanity, toilet, and shower tub to regular bathtub. Damian at Lindsay did a great job providing the estimate, supplier recommendation, timeline, and coordinating the entire project. He told me it'd take about 2 to 3 weeks, and it took around 2 weeks and 2 days. There was a defective cartridge that came with the bath faucet hardware, but Damian picked up the replacement part and got his plumber to fix it. Great service pre-work, during work, and post-work. I've worked with Ana & Jason @ Night & Day for both custom blinds and custom shutters for my home. They were very knowledgeable and helpful when I was deciding on colours & styles. Very efficient installation for the blinds and for the shutters as the installers were in & out within an hour. My home now feels complete! Goodbye paper blinds!

I decided on going with Spring Home for my AC Installation because of my previous experience I had with them a year ago when they installed my furnace humidifier. Cy was great to deal with, and was able to recommend the right size AC for my home, and the pricing was competitive. The other reviews on Homestars of Spring Home are accurate. Cy was very friendly, and got back to me quickly whenever I had inquiries. On the day of the installation, the technicians arrived at the time they were scheduled to, and I'm no expert, but the workmanship looks great, and the AC unit is working perfectly. I can finally rest easy during the upcoming hot summer days, instead of using an oscillating fan!

We had previously worked with Oborne for our kitchen backsplash last year and were thoroughly impressed with the workmanship and promised days for completion. This year's project was to change our dreadful builder grade carpet in our living room to hardwood flooring. Dean arrived to take the measurements and went over what the job included. Although the estimate from Oborne was a bit higher than other places, we knew that with this company, you get what you what you pay for. They promised that it'd take 2 days, and it took exactly that. Dean and Kent did a wonderful job, and the floors look great. Not only is the workmanship great, it feels good to work with the people at Oborne, because they are friendly, explain exactly what they're going to do, and always ensures that we're happy with the work. Would definitely work with them for future projects, and highly recommend to anyone who would like the job done right the first time.

After reading many positive reviews online about Oborne, I e-mailed them for an estimate for a backsplash and range hood installation. The price was competitive and reasonable. I was quoted for 3 days work and the timeline of what was to be completed each day - it was very accurate, and after those 3 days, I was left with a great looking kitchen, and now I can cook and finally have the aromas vented to the outside. Thanks again, I would definitely give Oborne a call again for future renovations.

I called Tom in the late afternoon and he was able to make the trip up to where I live. Upon arriving, he noticed that the original builder's locks were subpar (I had a sense of this already), and for a fair price he replaced two locks and gave me a set of keys in about 30 minutes. Very impressed with his friendly and professional service as well as the quality of his work. Look no further.
